What is included in a PDD/AISH Assessment?
This assessment includes:
An intake meeting, which can be done in person or virtually. This meeting provides an opportunity to review the individual’s medical, developmental, and learning history.
An in-person testing session to measure cognitive skills.
The completion of rating scales to determine an individual’s ability to participate in daily life activities.
A feedback meeting, which can be done in person or virtually, to review results and discuss supports.
A comprehensive written report that can be used as part of the PDD/AISH application.
The cost of a PDD/AISH Assessment is $1,540. The assessment may be covered partially, or in full, by your insurance provider. Check with your insurance provider for more information.
